All sales at our website are final.

We have curated handmade collection of polymer clay jewellery, which means Exchanging and Returning would not be possible. However, if it's a genuine issue we can surely support.

Please inform us within 7 days of receipt of your order of any request exchange or problem with your order, and we will try to accommodate. In most cases we can accept exchange ONLY if box and tags are intact and goods are unused.

If you have any questions or concerns with regard to sizing, materials or colors of a specific product on our site, please e-mail us on before committing to purchase.

​Refunds are processed based on fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items.

All orders are shipped from our HQ in Bangalore, India using our nominated logistics partner.



Please choose a delivery address where someone will be in to receive it (ie no PO Box addresses). You must provide a full address, including any special instructions, as we will not be responsible if the shipment goes missing due to the wrong address. If an incomplete address or phone number is provided, we will email you to ask for the full address/phone number.

We are unable to schedule deliveries without a valid address and phone number, so if we do not get a reply after 2 attempts to reach you, we will cancel the order.

Deliveries will take place any day of the week and will be attempted 2 times before they are returned to us.


There will be additional fees for further shipping attempts, or for any change of address after the delivery has been scheduled and you have received your tracking number.


Please allow 10 working days from dispatch for your goods to arrive, though in practice they usually arrive within 5 working days.
